Peak Athletic Mindset Coaching

Train the body.
Sharpen the mind.

Performance coaching helps athletes build speed, agility, quickness, strength, and power. Choose physical coaching or Integrated Coaching, which pairs two physical sessions with one mental performance session each week.

Performance Coaching

I have spent years learning, understanding, and adapting training styles to help athletes develop speed, agility, quickness, strength, and power.

I got into fitness while studying sport psychology. The relationship between the body and the mind still fascinates me, and I keep learning so I can train performers to strive for greatness.

My credentials, philosophy, and first session protocol are inspired by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).

Fitness Credentials

I became involved in the fitness while I was learning about sport psychology. The understanding of the relationship between the body and the mind continues to fascinate me. I aspire to continue to learn more and train performers to strive for greatness.

The OPT Model by NASM

This model is the reason I chose to pursue NASM certification. The Optimum Performance Training model uses stepping stones so every client gets a workout matched to their goals.

I assess each client and align their goals within the model to create results.

Performance Development Process

First Session - Testing and Evaluation

The first session is the opportunity to understand your skills and goals. During our initial discussion I want to learn about your current journey in fitness and resilience. Client will have the option to use the Inbody 570 scale to determine muscle imbalances, muscle, and body fat percentage.

They will also go through assessments that allow for progress to be tracked over time. Assessments can change to ensure up date date practices, along with abilities and goals of the client.

Here is a list of the assessments most commonly used:

  • Overhead Squat Assessment

  • Single Leg Squat Assessment

  • Standing Vertical Jump

  • 10 Yard Dash/40 yard Dash

  • 5-10-5 Agility Test

  • Military Push-up test/Bench Press Test

  • 1.5 Mile Run/ Rockport Test

Test selection is contingent on the ability of the client, along with the activity/sport of involvement. Reach out to learn more or ask questions!
