Why I Coach

I have spent over half a decade in the youth performance industry. Working closely with parents, coaches, and athletes to develop the physical and, more importantly, the mental skills to become a better person. My passion for this field started in high school. As a multi-sport athlete (football, wrestling, track & field), my coaches taught me the values of respect, determination, and resilience. My throws coach, Scott Krall, may he rest in peace, taught us the tools to succeed. He was the first coach who taught me imagery, emotional management, routine development, and confidence, or as he would tell us,
"Let it Fly."
